OUR PROCESS

Step One
Free:  Fill out the client intake form.

Step Two
Free:  A lawyer who has expertise in the relevant area of law will be designated to your case. The lawyer will undertake an initial evaluation of the intake form to determine what your legal options are.

Step Three
If you want to discuss the lawyer’s evaluation, then you (or your representative) can book a pre-paid personal phone consultation with your lawyer.

The lawyer will discuss:

  • what you think went wrong in the case
  • the facts of the case in greater detail
  • the available legal procedures and their consequences
  • the likelihood of success for each legal option

If you are seeking to clear (expunge) your record, the lawyer will discuss what options are available to you and the likelihood of success for each option. Your lawyer will do the same if you are looking for pre-trial representation, or facing immigration problems.

For the above services and the phone consultation, there is a flat fee of $250.00, with a one hour maximum for the phone conversation. If you decide that you need additional time, it will be charged at $200.00 / hour, in half-hour increments.

Step Four
If you decide to proceed, your lawyer will tell you what the next step in the legal process is and how much it will cost.  The fee spent on step three will be credited to the cost of step four.  At every step, you decide whether you want to go any further.
